Kimberley Alpine Resort is located in Kimberley, British Columbia, within the scenic Purcell Mountains. The resort features five lift systems, providing access to 80 runs and more than 1,800 acres of skiable terrain, making it a popular destination for winter recreation and mountain experiences.
Since 2014, Rocky Mountain Lift Services & Supplies Inc. and Rigging Specialties have partnered with Kimberley Alpine Resort to provide specialized ropeway services, ski lift maintenance support, and technical expertise. Our work has included gearbox servicing and inspections, bull wheel repairs, haul rope detensioning and shortening, haul rope installations, and non-destructive testing (NDT) to help maintain safe and reliable lift operations.
We have also supplied a wide range of aerial lift maintenance equipment, rigging supplies, and ropeway components, including deflection sheaves, swivel hooks, winch cat cables, lever hoists, HIT16 manual hoists with cable, and HIT32 hoists.
