Squamish, British Columbia, along the scenic Sea to Sky Highway. The 10-minute gondola ride climbs 885 metres above sea level, offering spectacular views of Howe Sound, the Coast Mountains, and the surrounding landscape.
Since 2014, Rocky Mountain Lift Services & Supplies Inc., in partnership with Rigging Specialties, has supported Sea to Sky Gondola with specialized ropeway services, gondola maintenance, and aerial lift technical support. Our work has included sheave assembly maintenance, annual gondola maintenance, non-destructive testing (NDT), line maintenance, suspension bridge inspections and repairs, roller and sheave replacements, incident response, rope exchanges, and communication line de-tensioning.
We have also supplied a wide range of aerial lift maintenance equipment, ropeway components, and specialized rigging solutions, including lubricants, Robo 3T jacks, HIT16 Habegger hoists, cables, Fatzer splice kits, and Immoos rescue equipment.
