Stone Mountain Park is located 26 km east of Atlanta, Georgia, and is centered around Stone Mountain - a massive quartz monzonite dome monadnock formed from granite and granodiorite. The summit can be reached via a hiking trail or by the Summit Skyride aerial tram.
Rocky Mountain Lift Services & Supplies Inc. was contracted by Doppelmayr USA to oversee the cleaning of the Skyride haul rope and complete a full rope exchange, ensuring continued safe and reliable operation.
